This week’s TBR stack is a little on the sparse side, but there are 3 reasons for that:
1) I still have a few from my last TBR that I haven’t gotten to, yet, if I need a few more physical book choices.
2) I am the sports nerd in this group of readers and there’s roughly 37 hours of hockey on my tv every day right now,
so… (Go Hawks!)
3) Yep, still going full steam ahead on that cross stitch project.

That said, I do have an audiobook I’ve already started, and a physical book I’m hoping to crack open over the coming weeks!

I just started listening to You Say It First by Katie Cotugno, which felt timely since it’s about a girl who meets a boy while she’s calling people up in order to encourage them to register to vote. I’ve had this one on my Goodreads TBR for quite a while, and on day 2 of waiting for Overdrive to surrender my next hold (which it’s still being slow about…) I decided to use one of my Audible credits on this audiobook. I’m hoping it’s as fun as it seems!

My physical book goal for the next few weeks is The Guinevere Deception by Kiersten White, which came to me via an OwlCrate box a few months ago. This one is meant to be a retelling of the Arthurian legends, but from Guinevere’s perspective. I’m pretty sure that if this one is half as good as it could be I’ll be handing it off to Jaelithe, next. 😉

SO that’s my strange combination of contemporary meet-cute and Arthurian retelling agenda. Have you read either of these books? If so, what were your thoughts? Or do you have suggestions for my next audiobook, since Overdrive has my holds captive for a while longer? Let us know in the comments!
