Happy Thursday!

Here’s what I’m reading for the next few weeks.

Physical Books:

Stormsong (The Kingston Cycle #2) by C.L. Polk — I enjoyed the first book in the series, Witchmark, and though this book follows the sister of the main character from the first one (which I’m a bit sorry about because I loved the MC from the first one), after the explosive ending of the first book I just have to see where it goes.

Audiobooks:

The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin — Part mystery, part scavenger hunt? A book I recently enjoyed called The Inheritance Games by Jennifer Lynn Barnes has a similar setup where an eccentric rich person dies and leaves clues to their fortune. This book was recommended by a person who also read and enjoyed that one, so I figured I’d give it a try.

Cat Among the Pigeons by Agatha Christie — Mystery! Murder! Poirot! Here’s yet another Hercule Poirot that I haven’t read, this one set at a girls boarding school.

The Extraordinaries by T.J. Klune — Reading this one upon Amy’s recommendation, and she was right. So far it’s very fun!

The Curse of Chalion by Lois McMaster Bujold — A completely different series by the author of the space opera I loved.

Though the list is short this week, I’m really looking forward to a few new releases expected at the end of the month and in early July, so I’m sure I’ll fill in with those as soon as they’re available.  These include The Box in the Woods (Truly Devious #4) by Maureen Johnson, published June 15th (just waiting for my library hold to come through!) and Any Way the Wind Blows (Simon Snow #3) by Rainbow Rowell (publishing July 6th).

What are you reading this week? Let us know in the comments!
