Tis the season for Holiday Reads! Here’s what I’ve got on my plate for the next few weeks:
Moonlight and Mistletoe at the Christmas Wedding (New York Ever After #6) by Helen J. Rolfe. I’ve previously read Christmas at the Little Knitting Box from this series, which centers around a number of friends all living in New York City, and all set during the holidays. What’s not to love about a predictable and sweet Christmas romance?? Fa-la-la-la-la!
How to Stop Time by Matt Haig is our book club’s next read. Prior to it being suggested I hadn’t read much about it, but it sounds like a little-bit Addie La Rue, a little bit every vampires-aren’t-totally-evil romance novel, and I am here for it!
I will also be patiently waiting for the audio version of the newest in the Outlander series, Go Tell the Bees that I Am Gone by Diana Gabaldon. This story picks up where the previous story left off and I am anxious to see how the plot evolves now that some major secrets have been revealed and war is looming over Frasers Ridge.
I’m planning to basically take a tour of Hoopla’s Christmas romance novels over the next few weeks, because they’re fluffy, fun and festive (and I can’t seem to help myself).
Have you read any of the books on this week’s TBR? Excited for Bees, like me? Let’s talk about it in the comments, below!
